Little Off Broadway
Well it seems I have been extraordinary busy this past month. Cameron and myself have been asked to help with this years production of Little Off Broadway. This is a local production of usually about 15 - 20 Broadway musical song which includes lots of singing and dancing (if you ask Henry...there is to much singing and dancing). I have turned them down to be in the actual production because they practice SOOOOO much and I never have felt that I could dedicate that much time to it. They have been practicing for three months - three times a week. UGH that is too much...not to mention that although I love to sing, I don't have a singing voice and my dance moves are comical. A N Y H O W...this year they asked me to do the sound and they asked Cameron to be a "techie". So for the past month, we both have been going to practices three times a week from 5:30 till 10:00. But the good thing has been that I don't have to be on stage. I am kind of the "behind the scene" kind of girl. Today is closing night and I am tickled pink that it is almost over, but I must admit that I have also kind of enjoyed it. I am in awe of how committed all these people are to volunteer so much time to keep the arts alive in Lincoln County.
